Code of Conduct

1.Availability:

a.Players will be notified of their selection as soon as possible. If you are left a message confirm your availability with your Captain. If you have not been contacted call the Club Captain make it your job to find out.

b.All players are to notify their respective captains promptly if they are unable to play.

c.All players are required to arrive at the specified venue at the specified time, failure to do so will result in disciplinary action as laid down in the clubs disciplinary procedure

2.Match Day Duties:

a.When arriving at the ground for home games you are expected to help to make sure every thing is ready for the game to start on time. Duties include goal nets, corner flags, half time refreshments, first aid & footballs.

b.You are expected to help with the after match hospitality offered to the referee and opposition when requested.

3.Behaviour.

a.All players must respect the referee’s decisions, failure to do so will result in

  disciplinary action as laid down in the clubs disciplinary procedure.

b.Players must conduct themselves correctly at all times. Due consideration must be given to the enjoyment of others, notably referees, opposition, members of Wembley Sports Association and other members of the club.

c.All players will show due regard and respect for the property of other people. This includes equipment, fixtures and fittings of dressing rooms, whether at home or away. If wilful damage is caused to other clubs’ or players’ property the perpetrator will be required to pay for repairs and/or replacement, in addition to any other disciplinary action taken. Any proven theft or malicious damage will be met with immediate expulsion from the club.

d.Officers of the club have been elected to make decisions in the best interests of the club. Please respect those decisions even if you disagree with them. All members are eligible for election according to the Constitution and Rules of the club.

4.Dress

All players must wear the correct club colours, failure to do so will result in disciplinary action as laid down in the clubs disciplinary procedure

 


5.Fees and Fines

a.Please pay your match fee before the game; don’t wait to be asked for it, as we have to

  pay the referee before kick off.

b.On field discipline fines are to be paid within 28 days of the offence.

c.Club discipline fines are to be paid within 14 days of the offence.

All players who have overdue fees or fines more than 2 months in arrears shall be deemed to have resigned.
